XTX 5000 P25 All Call

I am setting up some xts5000 using a trunked EFJohnson radio system. Everything works well but the System All Call. I sent it up as a Talkgroup FFFF. It doesn't send or receive System All Calls. Normal T/G and Private calls are ok. Any ideas?

System wide call isn't supported on Motorola ASTRO25 systems or radios.
