GM-300 PTT

Hi all

I need to make my GM-300 still ON in PTT after i left the MIC for only 1 second,because i made a repeater with 2 GM-300,soo i want to listen the reapeter,the PTT is to fast now,when you left the PTT the repeater leftit it too!,,i hope i made me understand! ...there´s anyway to do it ???

Depending on the interface between the two radios, you can add PTT delay following the directions in Nand's circuit here:

Next to the last paragraph from the bottom gives details on hangtime.

well..mabe feeting a capacitor 2.2 in the cable i m using to join both GM-300 will make it ,,don´t?

Alredy tryed,,with a 2.2nf capacitor and a 1 khoms resistorthe variable resistor is alredy in the repeater cable!,,it its the same,,the PTT doesn´t wait nothing :(
...any opinion ?

Hi ,, aftrer many time i did it, using a 16v 2,2 capacitor, just must be solded in the rite conections :)
..and it makes very good efect on PTT
