Guide to Firmware Upgrading

Is it use newer version of CPS to do the Firmware upgrading?
What is the steps? :o

It's fully explained in the CPS help files. Type in "firmware" in the 'search' tab and click on "updating a radio".

Does Firmware of R01.02.01 is old?
What will be updated by Version 3.0 CPS?
