Part # for MSF5000/PURC5000/Quantar/Quantro rackmount kit

I can't seem to locate the part # so hopefully my description is adequate.

There is a rackmount kit available for the Quantar that offsets it from the rails of an open frame "relay" rack. Basically makes the front half of the Quantar stick out from the front of the rails, and the rear half stick out from the back of the rails.

There is also a rackmount kit that supposedly allows the 110W PA (same PA as the MSF5000 or PURC5000) and its P/S to be mounted on a open frame "relay" rack. Basically the PA is on the front of the rails and the P/S is on the rear of the rails. PA can still flip down as it would in a Compa-Cabinet.

If someone can direct me to the individual part #'s to order or the kit # to order, please let me know.
