P/N slim battery XTS2500

Post by hamptonbeach »

I tried searching the posts and didn't see a clear answer, so excuse me if this has been answered elsewhere.

Is there a "slim" battery for the XTS2500 and if so, what is the part number.

Thanks!!

There is no slim battery for the 2500 at this time. You can get away with using a HNN9013DR HT1250 battery but it won't fit in the 2500's charger because of the placement of the grooves and contacts.

OK - thanks. What is the difference between the HNN9013, HNN9013B and the HNN9013DR? Are they physically the same size?

nothing, other than internal revisions, but they are all the same size, and very close in rated capacity.

/\/\ has occasionally changed the capacity of a pack, and left the p/n the same, but its usually pretty close.

NNTN7335 is a Lithium Ion for the XTS2500 but it's not slim. It is the same size as the NNTN6263 NiMH "firenet" battery (I assume you have a NH state grant portable) but much lighter. I've been using one for about a week now and love it.
