New vocoder from DVSI The AMBE-3000

Just new info to those interested in Mototrbo

DVSI has released a new vocoder the AMBE-3000
(i do not know if i have been living in a hole but i have just discovered this now)

this vocoder promise improvement over the AMBE 2020 (if i recall correct the one used in Mototrbo)
and since there is a lot talk about the voice quality in mototrbo is somewhat bad i thought that i will bring this on to the members.

DVSI specific mention that the new vocoder is compatible with DMR Program (ETSI TS102) which is the standard that mototrbo is build upon
so if motorola choose to use this new chip in later generations of mototrbo we maybe will get better audio quality..
