XTS3000 AES UPGRADE PROBLEM

I just upgraded a XTS3000 TIII radio to AES upgrade. as I check the radio algorithm with KVL it says that the radio has AES upgrade. When I try to load an AES key to the radio, Radio accepted AES key and KVL gived a message that key loaded succesful. But when you try to push transmit button radio gives a message "ILLEGAL KEY". I tried KVL both ASN and Astro25 mode. I got same message.
Can anyone help about this subject?

AES doesn't load in ASN mode.

only in P25 mode.

i suspect you are loading the wrong key into the wrong slot.

are you ABSOLUTELY SURE that you are loading an AES key into the right slot in the radio?

Yes I am sure about the AES key but not sure about the slot. How can I select the slot?

The KVL will load AES in ASN mode but not ADP.
We use it to load AES in XTS5000's and this information is in the KVL3000+ users guide.

I suspect your problem is in your radio's programming. Try reprogramming it.
