Parts for a RIB?

Post by Mikey »

Can you get Parts for a Motorola RIB? I need a power switch for mine as it is about ready to go out, you have to click it on and off a few times before it makes good contact and i'm afraid that i'm going to brick a radio one of these days when it decides to shut off while writing.

Thanks

I would think any toggle SPST switch -- or From Mouser Electronics, 1 person broke his and just wired it always on! runs the power transformer to a APC Backup UPS...

Yah, i was thinking about just dropping a generic in there, but was checking for a direct replacement before i did that. Probably end up going to Rat-Shack and getting a replacement
