Cloning MTS2000

Post by eps_ebay »

Sorry, I'm a newbie.

I have tow MTS2000 800mghz radios, one is currently programmed on our trunked system the other is not. I want to clone one to the other so they both work. Can any one tell me how to do this? One is a model I (currently programmed) and the other is a model II. Thanks for the help.

1) You cannot clone a trunked codeplug without having and having installed a system key for each of the trunked systems for which that codeplug is programmed.

2) I believe you will find the RSS/CPS refuses to clone a Model 1 source to a Model 2 target.
