Is the Maratrac RSS Band Specific ? Like the Kenwood S/W wherein you select the band.
I received a number of Maratrac Code Plugs but only one of them works, a 6 Mtr 99 Channel
one. The others don't appear in the Archive list.
Any ideas ??
Thanks, Dick, W1KSZ

Re: MARATRAC RSS Question
No.
When you save a codeplug, it updates the companion M1001M.DBF file.
If someone sends you just the ONE codeplug file , IE; A776AQU1.234
you won't be able to see it.
If I remember, there is a ARCHIVE.EXE program to pull in the B776AQU1.234 archive files.
That is why I sent you BOTH files. If you F3,F3 "Get Archive from disk" then F2 "change archive", type in the path to the new codeplug *AND* M1001M.DBF files, you will see the new codeplug!
Select it, read it into memory, then F7 "save to file" THEN F2 CHANGE ARCHIVE to your normal location and save it. IT WILL NOW BE ADDED TO THE OTHERS IN THAT DIRECTORY.
