HT750 Camo DTMF Cases

I am getting ready to order and install a camouflage case on my 220 HT750, but were any ever made in DTMF versions? I know they came in non-DTMF for the HT750 and for both the limited and full keypad HT1250's.....

Anyone know?

Does it work on the 220MHz ham band?

Could someone PLEASE explain to me how I can convert the 4 220MHz HT1250LS+ units I have to 220 amateur?
