Supposely there an O3 cable with ignition sense on it. If so, what is the part number and footage?
Also, what would be the correct part number for a cable extention for an O3 head? The radio itself is mounted in the rear, so the stock cord that comes with it isn't going to cut it for lenght. I can't find anything in the manuals I have, other than the normal O5 remote cables.

If it's a mid power, you can just use the standard HLN6863A speaker/ignition sense adapter on the rear of the radio. If it's a high power or you want to bring it up front, you would have to use the PMLN4959A extension cable.

4959 brings power, speaker and CAN up front, for a mid power radio, correct?
Just want to tripple check before I order. I just can't find any diagrams on MOL or my manuals...so just making sure.

Yep, that's the right cable. One end plugs into J600 on the TIB, the other end has a CGAI accy connector for your HLN6863A to plug into, and a remote J600 connector.

I would highly recommend NOT using the cable. Make your own for speaker and ignition sense. The factory cable is huge and bulky. The factory cable has a huge Y cable at the radio end providing another db25 connector. Now if you need a siren or something hooked up then you would need the factory cable.
