GP388 is EMEA region, like EX600 (LA) or GP338Plus (AZ).

Example:
AZH38RDH9AA6 = GP338Plus UHF 403-470MHz 128Ch
AZH38KDH9AA6 = GP338Plus VHF 136-174MHz 128Ch
AZH38SDH9AA6 = GP338Plus UHF 450-527MHz 128Ch

Region group:
AZ = Asia Region (GP338/GP328/GM338/GM398/GP338Plus)
LA = Latin America
AA = North America
MD = ...
FD = ...

Band type:
R = UHF 403-470MHz
K = VHF 136-174MHz
S = UHF 450-527MHz
B = HF 29.7-36.0MHz
etc...
