XTS3000 Digital Capable to P25 IMBE equipped,how?

XTS3000 Digital Capable to P25 IMBE equipped,how?

I am looking at an XTS3k UHF portable, however it only is flashed for Analog and shows Digital Capable. What is the process and how expensive would it be to upgrade this unit in the future for IMBE P25 APCO CONVENTIONAL?
