You did not state if you have this particular key in the KVL already or I am assuming were trying to enter a key into the KVL first to load into the radio, either way this might help:
1- You have attempted to enter a key into the KVL with a KID that is already assigned to an existing key of the same algorithum type. Remedy, select a unique KID for the new key being entered.
2- If you attempted to port an ASTRO 25 key to ASN and a key of the same algorithum type and KID already exists in ASN. Remedy, delete the ASN key that has the same KID.
