MW-520 internal GPS ?

i have a MW-520 F5205a with a Trimble internal GPS receiver on comport 2. I.m using the Trimble GPS Controller version 2.15 and it will communicate properly with the GPS receiver. However, when I attempt to configure the GPS receiver using Microsoft street & trips 2006 it will not show com port 2 as an active comport. It will only show comport 1 and 3 when I scan for the GPS receiver. Any ideas how I might get it to find comport 2?

Thanks for all the help but I figured it out. The Trimble SKii has an out put of Comport 2, 4800-8-N-1 in the Motorola MW-520
