Hello all,
Many thanks to those who run and contribute to the board. I have learned VOLUMES going through past threads.
I am trying to get my MOL account setup.
I specified in the "20 questions" reply where prompted that I was looking to purchase XTS conventional software.
Now, here's where I'm looking for a big brother to assist:
How long is the norm to wait for further responses?
Should I phone directly?
Has something tightened up at M, or am I just getting antsy waiting for a reply?
I want legit, factory stuff, and don't want to get frustrated by being honest and doing things the right way. No funny stuff here, just trying to do things right.

The answer to how long, is up for grabs. Bottom line is if you haven't heard by the
end of the second week, you need to call and ask where your standing. You should
get an email or phone call. Be polite, but stand your ground and ask why you haven't
received any communications. Don't let them pass you around from one person to
another.
