Help on XTS2500 RSM (RMN5072A) w/pic

Post by dxon2m »

Just got a RMN5072A here, everything looks nice fit to the radio, except the RF adapter does NOT make contact with the SMA pin on the radio. Anyone have an idea on what I'm missing?

Thanks

Try the XTS2500 RLN5918A RF adapter..

Stupidity creates job security!

If your radio has old firmware, programming it with the latest CPS will not add any new features unless you have the latest firmware to match..

CPS = Customer Programming Software, Not CPS Software.

Darn, I thought I don't need a RF adapter for this mic.

Oh well thanks anyway.

Those speaker mics come supplied with the adapter when purchased new.
The bag is pretty small that has it and can easily be tossed if not careful.
