2 Astro Spectras and a RICK, can I make them into a repater?

I am sure I have read something about this on the site but I cant find it. I really did use the search function. I want to put up a GMRS repeater and since I already have Astro Spectras and cables, CPS etc... I was wondering if I could use a RICK and make a repeater. If so is there a stock cable set for that or do I need to make some?
