Is smartzone and smartzone omnilink the same thing?

Oversimplified, SmartZone refers to a single system made up of a number of sites all connected together within a single 'zone', up to a maximum of 64 sites in the older 3.x & 4.x systems. Omnilink refers to connecting two or more SmartZone systems together to give even wider area coverage and appear to the radios as a single system (except the low-tiered LCS/LTS radios)...maximum of 3 zones & 196 sites in the 3.x & 4.x systems, I believe. If you have consoles in the system, they take up slots so the number of sites goes down accordingly.
