MCX1000 Diagnostic Plug

Anyone know the pinout of the MCX1000 diagnostic plug? I have access to a $10,000+ communications analyzer but don't have the info to build what I hope is just a $2 cable.

It turns out to be less than $2. After some experimentation, all the diagnostic test plug turns out to be is an RJ-45 modular plug with pins 4 & 5 shorted together.
