SVA MIC RJ45 PINOUT???????

I just got a NMN6150A with the RJ45 cut off!! Can anyone give me the order of colors for the RJ45 connector? Please use this diagram:

Here are the colors:
Yellow
Red
Blue
Black
White
Purple
Orange
Green
