spur frequency on a m5
Trying to put 153.920 in a m5 and it's not letting me! It is coming up saying it's a spur frequency. Any suggestions?

Re: spur frequency on a m5
According to the Min V help file, 153.925 is listed as a spur that cannot be programmed. .920 is still within the IF passband whether you've selected wideband or narrowband, so it looks like you're out of luck with the stock pager. There *is* a SP01 version available in the B split with the spur shifted to 153.8875.

Re: spur frequency on a m5
SP01 options are not only firmware but also the board has to be changed.
I've been able to change a narrow 2 CH to a splinter 2CH while the narrow still passes on the splinter board.

If the lights are out when you leave the station and then come on the second you key up, you know you have enough power.
