Astro Options H43, H445, and Q498

Hello everyone.... First of all. Does anyone know of a site that accurately lists all of the "flash" options for the xts2500 / 5000 series of radios and what they do? I see listings on ebay describing radios with varioud options and some of them seem obvious as to what they do but what about some of the others ones like Q445 "firegroud accountability softwar" and what exactly what do Q489 and Q445 do? What about H43 "trunked remote monitor/radio trace"? Any help would be appreciated...
