Decoding Logical ID on Astro Trunking System

What software or hardware would we need to decode the Logical ID that proceeds an encrypted transmission on an Astro trunked system?

Strange that you would need this information though - a LID is useless without the key variable, and the two are closely tied together in a KVL.

Also - LID is the ye olde securenet terminology. These days its called a KID.

Yep, almost makes me wonder if someone got their hands on a key they aren't supposed to have...
