Hexedit Bandlimits for 220mhz?

I am trying to take an HT-1250 222-217mhz out of band hopefully to amateur 223.920/222.320. No idea if this is even feasible, but worth a shot.

I have Pro Radio CPS R06.05.00. I have hexedited it for my MTX9250s before, but I can't find any bandlimits for 217-222 in it. However, the program when I enter a freq above 222.000 turns red and will not program.

Can someone tell me the hex I am looking for or if I need a different CPS for this radio?
