Who's a Good MTS2000/Encryption Tech?

Given the vast experience base of the folks who are regularly on the board, which shop or person would you recommend I seek out to align and set up some MTS2000 radios with encryption? I know folks have a tendency to specialize on certain models or types and not every tech is well-versed in encryption. So do we have a MTS2000 guru here that also knows how to set the software switches to enable secure mode (the modules are already installed)?

The KVL and cable are no problem and I can set the keys.

The option to enable the secure mode is in the CPS.
You have to go to Secure Configuration, and enable it.
After you do that, the options for enabling and disabling Secure Tx are under the 2 position concentric switch, in the configuration/controls/switches menu.
