Astro Saber Programming Woes

Post by SYNTORX71MAN »

Hi Gang,

I need some input here, bought an auction house Astro Saber 3, yea I should know better...LOL

Specs are:
H04SDH9PW7AN
599108-5F4600-1 Flash
07.24.00.00 Firmware
I08.03.02 DSP
1 Meg

Using R05.00.02 Astro Saber CPS, I am trying to input conventional frequencies in the Transmit and Receive field.
But here is the catch, under the general tab conventional personalities, It shows a Red Invalid field and will only let me select 5 different freqs in a drop down menu box for the TX and RX. Is there a setting I need to change under the Trunking tab or something to eliminate this problem?

Click the green cross at the bottom of the screen and every time you do so you will add another personality.

Sounds kind of like you have the frequency picklist enabled.

Check under View > Options > Frequency Options

If "Enable Frequency Picklists" is checked, uncheck it, close CPS, re-open, and re-read or open your codeplug.
