Hi
Can i use a Xtal 44.620 mhz in the place of the 44.645 mhz on GM-300 ??

The 2nd Oscillator will not operate properly with your choice of Xtal.
For proper frequency generation in RX, you need the required 44.645 rock.

The synthesizer will be quite off, and your receive will be deaf as well....And it certainly will not open on any on-channel frequency programmed into the radio due to the I.F being off frequency.

Just as a side note; the SP50 also uses the very same crystal as its 2nd Oscillator, and I think the location is: Y53.
Same part number also...
