ASTRO 25 FAIL 02/C0 what is this????

As stated in the subject anyone have a clue what the fail code 02/C0 is for???? I have check every service manual I can find with no luck.

From the XTL2500 BSM "Wrong Processor" , "FATAL", "Send the radio to the depot; replace the daughter card"
