Saber and Astro Saber speaker mic ???

Will an Astro Saber speaker mic work with a saber non-astro??? I seem to think they will but cant remember for sure. Thanks guys

No the astro NMN6217 mic wont work with an analog saber. The square analog will with an astro but needs the sma style antenna nut

Why is the NMN6217 will not work, I guess my question is what is the diff between the two?
