Astro Spectra vs. Astro Spectra Plus

Anyone know how to tell the difference Manuf. date relevant ? (Trying to find one programmable with Astro 25 rather than having to buy the Astro Spectra CPS).

My Astro serial numbers start with 412xxxxxxx, my Astro Plus starts with 526xxxxxxx.

If you can get power to them, the Astro Spectra will display "SELF CHK" when booting up, while the Astro Spectra Plus will display "SPECTRA+".

The eighth digit of the model number has to be an 'S' and not a 'P' for it to be a Plus.
