AARMN4017A Ultralite headset with boom microphone, ear bud style receiver

My RSM died and I am considering replacing it with this thing. Does anyone have experience with it?

Thanks!
The bandsplit is only a suggestion.

That is a fairly old design and NO PTT button.

There are some newer designs that are better.

The rental company I used to work for in Hollywood used to rent these. For extended use,it is not good. When I tested them, the part that went into the ear canal hurt since the earpiece was a slight larger than than my ear canal and the wrap round band hurt my ears because the material used was not soft but hard.

When we rented them, most of this unit used to stay in the radio case unused and the customers always preferred the standard lightweight headset instead of this ultra light version.

I have heard the Otto ultra light headset version was very comfortable.

Vox or PTT button on the radio.

I have one - hated it. Would never stay on right, uncomfortable...
