I bought a MCS2000 off ebay, and apperntally it's a MOSCAD Model, and not the conventional model I wanted. I can't read it with the standard CPS R2.02 is the latest I have. Can it be converted to just a plain MCS2000? Or am I screwed?

Re: MCS2000 question
That radio also could have been previously programmed with MCS2000 CPS Ver R02.03.00.If it has, your R02.02.00 will not work.
Are you getting a "SOFTWARE TOO NEW FOR PROGRAM"error on the screen?

Re: MCS2000 question
Actually it appears to be something with my computer, cause now it reads, and writes :0) Ok so my next question is does anybody knows what the current price from MOL is to upgrade my MCS2000 from 48 channels to 150 Channels? keep in mind this is a model 1 type radio.
