W 4 dual heads conversion

W 4 dual heads conversion

Can an Astro W4 front control head be converted to a rear control head? [ we have extra front control heads] We need to install a rear head in our rescue truck. The radio has been programmed for dual heads all the cable installed. Radio will not power up with the rear control head connected.
