SIA Registry Key error on XTS/XTL CPS install

Trying to install the R14.01.00 CPS for XTS and XTL radios, and getting this error (tried as a local administrator on the PC) after the install completes but right before the installer closes:

"Can not create SIA Registry Key for Astro 25 Portable CPS."

Get a similar error for the Mobile CPS. The tuner will install correctly on both versions.

This system (WinXP Pro) had the R14.00.00 installed and working on it.

Problem solved...

The registry keys:
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Motorola\ADK\CommEngineDb and
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Motorola\ADK\SIA

both had no owner. Took ownership of both keys and the CPS installed successfully.
