Converting HT1000 UHF to VHF with Lab RSS

Is there a way to convert an HT1000 UHF Radio to VHF using lab software. If so how?

Sure, but you need a vhf rf board of course. You probably know that but some people think it's just a software only mod.

these days its cheaper and easier to buy a used HT1000 Its not possible without changing the RF board since there is 2 boards RF and Controller Its not really feasable.

Especially when you can buy an HT1000 for under $100.
