Maratrac siren will stand alone, but the Spectra /Astro Spectra unit will not.

You will need a remote mount spectra, a siren unit, the innerconnecting cables.

If nothing else, you can use the spectra to listen to the weather channels

oh, a control head with enough buttons or DEK and DEK cable will be needed as well

This is for radio rebroadcast only anyway. No siren or pa functionality needed.
