cdm1550 port connector adapter?

does motorola sell a port connector adapter for the back of a cdm1550 series mobile?
i need to jumper some pins for power on and i would like to add an external maxtrac speaker if possible.

HLN9457 accessory connector kit includes housing, 16 connector pins, (5) 8-inch wires with connector pins attached, and extraction tool.

i purchased the adapter kit mentioned, i have directly fed power to the primary wires, and am now trying to get the pin 10 and or 13 to turn the radio on and off with switched power, when i apply the key on power to either 10 0r 13, the radio will turn on, but the radio will not turn off when i turn the key off. when the key is off, there is no power on the pin 10 or 13.
any help would be great.

The ignition sense is pin 10. In RSS, Radio Configuration - Ignition Sense Tab. Set it to "On/off & Ignition".
Pin 13 is Switched B+ Out (used for low current accessory).
Ext speaker - pins 1 and 16 (do not ground either lead).

In RSS, Radio Configuration, "Accessory Configuration" Tab and look Ignition Sense field.
