Hello,
We have a new narrowband license at work. Ever since I reprogramed my MT2000 I have been experiencing a problem with audio where not all of the traffic comes through. Its choppy - if that helps describe it. TX 151.8650 RX 159.9000 DPL 205. I did change to 12.5 from 25. Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Re: MT2000 RX Audio issue
What it sounds like is the traffic you're listening to is clipping your receiver. This typically happens when a radio is receiving a signal that has more deviation than the receiver is designed/programed to listen to. An example of this would be a radio set for narrow band receiving a wide band signal. Anything too far above the amount of dev the receiver is supposed to be accepting will "clip" the receiver and not be heard. Are you sure the traffic you're listening to is currently narrow band? If not set your radio back to 25 spacing and the problem should go away.
