MOL Down?

Post by com501 »

This is the second day I can't log into MOL. Anyone heard what the issue is? When I call in, they 'don't know'.

I just logged in without any problem...
The bandsplit is only a suggestion.

Huh, I can't get in either as of this post using Google Chrome. Using my City account or my personal account. Have to check and see tomorrow if the other techs at work are having the same issue.

Ok, this is weird I just got in with IE8 and Firefox 3.6. Guess I'll have to check back again with Chrome after Motorola does their routine maintenance.

I have not been able to log in since upgrading to FF4, it returns me to the sign in screen (no errors). I can get in no problem using IE.

I'm using Chrome version 11.0.696.65 and can't access MOL, it returns me to the login screen.

Is anyone else able to use Chrome on MOL? Maybe with an older revision?

Known issues with MOL, team is working on it and is aware of it. Problems have been intermittent for the last week or so. Someone needs to get their hamsters better lettuce.

btw there are also known issues with firefox 4, stop using it for MOL and go back to 3.x, they are aware of it but FF is not officially supported so results are not guaranteed.

According to MOL, both FF4 and Chrome are not compatible at this time.

Sorry if you are REQUIRED to use a non-Microsoft browser, just stay at FF3.6.
