MDC-1200 codes

I have a test setup between - several CDMs and HTs and a base with a CDM-750 -> USB URI -> Asterisk phone sys. (with dedicated radio SW)
I am decoding / encoding MDC on the Asterisk system meanwhile without problems.

The basic MDC op / arg combinations (i.e. PTT-ID) work fine.
I am trying to get the more advanced ones like RTT (Request to talk) to work also.

i.e.: Opcode for RTT Grant

Does anyone have an idea where to find a more or less complete opcode list for MDC. (apart from the one here on batboard)
