Motorola Solutions Selling Canopy/Orthogon Portfolio

SAN FRANCISCO & SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vector Capital and Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:MSI - News) today announced that they have reached an agreement under which Vector Capital will acquire Motorola Solutions’ Point-to-Point (PTP or Orthogon) and Point-to-Multipoint (PMP or Canopy) Wireless Broadband Networks businesses for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is expected to be completed as early as the end of September and is subject to customary closing conditions.

and so it goes, the slow dismantling of Solutions begins.
my next predicament is they will sell off iDEN the way they did paging products division.

Well with the advent of LTE I can understand the need to sell the canopy technology, does this sale include the motoMesh?
