Motorola Cigarette Lighter Cable

Post by NSPD »

Anyone know is Motorola makes a cigarette lighter power cable for the Maxtrac/GM300/CDM type radios?

I need something like that to use with a packset radio that I can't permanently mount in a vehicle.

Excellent info, I will see if I can get my hands on one of these kits and get my project rolling.

Thanks!

if you are using a cigarette plug to power your cdm, you may want to consider putting a bigger fuse in as most vehicle's dont allow to send enough power for a cdm when they transmit.

Nah, it's actually for a Saber-X so the fuse in it should be fine.
