Motorola CDM Help
CDM dead, I have 2 radios doing this. All voltages check out in the radio, 5 volt, 9 volt 12 volts. 5 volts at on off switch. Could it be the Y0101 crystal ? Can no longer talk to Motorola technician, $ 290 flat repair fee. Thanks.

- What radios do you own?: XTS2.5K-Q, ASpectra, MT2K
Re: Motorola CDM Help
There's an Atmel EEPROM in the radio that, I believe I heard, eventually dies because earlier versions of firmware wrote to it extremely frequently, and over time, wear it out. Pretty much only way to do it is depot repair, so I've heard.
