CDM1550LS converted 225 Mhz TX Align

I have 3 of these I converted.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to adjust the TX in Tuner .exe? I have one radio that has some strange numbers in the tuner tx align. I saved the tuner settings before the conversion.
Bias voltage etc?
Thanks

Have you measured the output on a good wattmeter or service monitor? If it's putting out spec then don't mess with it.

The Help files in Tuner give you step-by-step instructions for all of the alignment settings. IIRC the Bias setting requires an ammeter on the 12V input.

yes, Bird with 2 different slugs.
I figured out what happened. If you use a differnt version of Tuner to "save" then "load" with another version the settings got all wacked out. So back to proper settings.

Yes,that´s a real problem with the earlier tuner versions. The stored files are not compatible with newer tuner versions.
If you want to change over,to a new tuner version, always read and save the files from all radios, you have, with the new tuner!

Do people really use 220 anymore ?

I had 2 GE MPA's with the front panel programmable hamflash that I converted to 220 MHz, a GE MP-D that I converted to 220, a GE Orion I converted to 220 and 2 GE Rangr's that I converted to 220 and I couldn't even sell them.

A friend and I ended up taking them to his farm down near Albany Oregon and unloaded with an AR-15 on them all, it was as he said an exhilarating experience.

I put a repeater on the air earlier this year with 2 converted CDM1550s. I'd have two but duplexers are harder to find than radios!

There's a pretty active group of novice hams (yes, they didn't upgrade to tech) on a high-site repeater here too.

I never heard any activity on 220 anywhere I lived, Phoenix years ago, Tucson years ago, Kansas City 15 years ago and just recently in Northern Arizona and now in Portland nada nothing on that band.

I tried selling the radios but nobody even wanted to pay the shipping so another ham came up with the target practice/ firing squad idea, our next one will be to shoot some dell computers and maybe do a video.

I think with Dell PC's we will run out of ammo before computers.

I can envision an event similar to Pumkin Chunkin but instead of Pumpkins we will have a firing squad and shoot Dell computers, useless Ham radios and other useless electronic devices.

The idea of a Dell PC with a blindfold, a lite cigarette and some .223 rounds slamming into it really is appealing.

I think I found a new hobby to take the place of radios.

Sorry getting off track this belongs in a guns group.
