Radio lighter cords

I'm looking for a source of pre-made lighter plugs and cords. I have a good source for shorter ones (4 to 6 feet) like the Motorola HKN9407A, but would like some longer ones, around 10 feet.

My wish list:
-10 feet long, pre-assembled
-#14 or #12 wire
-Jacketed (preferably not flat jacket, as they don't coil, and lay well. Prefer a lazy twist with a round jacket)
-Good quality lighter plug with integrated 15-amp fuse
-Un-terminated is fine, but terminated with the standard Motorola 2-pin power plug would be a bonus
