No transmit audio on a new Gold Elite position

Post by I don't say 10-4 »

We just put an additional Gold Elite position in and all is well except for no tx audio from that position. It will key up the selected TG with very low level noise but no mic/hset audio. Receive audio is great. Muppled and checked COIM switches. Swapped another COIM in the same CC position in the CEB and programmed it. Verified console tx audio to backplane.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you try moving the card to the other slot in the CC?

What's the TDM address? Have you verified the MUX bus jumpers match up to the proper TDM bus?

Almost sounds like a bad backplane

It was a bad TDM address....Would have worked with AEB co-located. Reset it to good one and re-mupl'd. All is well. Thanks to all for the input.
