MSF 5000 DTMF Decoder

Does anyone know how to program the DTMF Encoder/Decoder module in a CXB series MSF 5000? It sits in the expansion tray next to a Wildcard module. Has Program, Encode and Decode LED's and a programming port identical to the "Control" plug on the front of the SSCB.

Is there RSS for this thing, or how's it work?

I find it hard to believe that nobody in this vast knowledge base of people has any idea how this thing works... :)
