Nothing special about TRBO vs. analog. I have been very pleased with EMR - their duplexers and isoplexers (duplexer + isolator) work very well, are very competitive on price (I've found them to be less than the big names), and their customer service is excellent.

I was helping out a local FD repair their malfunctioning repeater system, which has a few challenges... a 515KHz RX/TX split and a public works repeater output on the same site 200KHz from the FD repeater input. They got an engineer on the phone to work through the problem with me (please wait... 5 seconds... connected) and, since the previous duplexer was compromised due to lightning they handled the order as a rush without any fee. Less than a week from order to delivery.

The isoplexers are a bit more expensive, but isolators are always recommended on any site where other gear is colocated, and buying the two together ensures they are properly matched.
